Eyelid surgery blepharoplasty is a n aesthetic operation to correct the droopy and baggy eyelids. Generally it is performed under local anesthesia and both eye lids can be operated at the same time, the upper and lower eyelid. The loose skin, fat prolapsed and sometimes the part of muscle are removed. Bruises and swellings often fade away within 10 days, but eyelid healing continues till the 6th month of the eyelid surgery physiologically. 7 days stay is enough.

Brow lift it is performed to elevate the eyebrow and change their shape. The procedure is done under local or general anesthesia. Bruises and swellings often fade away within 10 days. The effect of the brow lifting is usually long lasting if its done with surgery. 3-7 days stay is enough.

Forehead lift stretches the skin and elevates sagging eyebrow by removal of excessive skin and by modification of muscles. It is most often performed under general anesthesia. One day hospitalization is needed, resting is necessary for about a week. Swelling of the forehead and hair loss in the place of cut are usual, it will get back to normal. The final result of cosmetic forehead treatment stays for 5-10 years. 5-10 days stay is enough.

Facelift is performed to lift the facial skin, tissues underneath the skin and sometimes even neck – necklift, by removal of excessive face skin, subcutaneous fat and by making the fibrous tissue more tight. Face lift surgery is generally performed under general anesthesia, it takes 2 to 3 hours. Hospitalization takes 1 day, the head bandage is removed in 5 to 7 days,  early recovery period after face rejuvenation takes usually 1-2 weeks. 7-10 days stay is enough for aesthetic face rejuvenation operation.

Ear surgery otoplasty is performed to correct the undesired position, size or shape of ear. Ear pinning is performed under local or general anesthesia. An elastic bandage is used after the cosmetic ear surgery that covers the ears for 2 weeks at least. Pain and swelling of the ear is frequent. It is possible to go to work after a week, exercising and hair washing after 1 week after the aesthetic ear surgery. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Nose operation rhinoplasty is done under general anesthesia and in case of uncomplicated process it takes 2 hours. Bony bridge of the nose may be removed, deviations may be corrected and the tip may be lifted with the cosmetic nose reshaping surgery. The pack in the nose to prevent bleeding is removed in the 3^rd day. The plaster splint over the nose is removed on the 7th day after the aesthetic surgery. The swellings decrease in 2 weeks and bruising fades away in 10 days, but healing continues 6 months. 7-10 days stay is enough for aesthetic nose operation.

Lip augmentation can be done with the patient’s own tissue (fat, dermal graft), with implantation of an artificial material (hyaluronic acid) or by a remodeling surgery using the tissue in vicinity of the lip to have fuller lips. 1-5 days stay is enough.

Chin and cheek implants are used for remodeling the face while using the facial implants are done to change the basic contours and balance of the face using carefully shaped implants to build up a receding chin, add prominence to cheekbones, or reshape the jaw line. The procedure may be done under local or general anesthesia. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Breast enlargement is a performed under general anesthesia and takes 1 hour. Breast augmentation is usually done with silicone gel or saline implants that are inserted under the mammary gland or under the pectoral muscle. Choice of implants and their placement for breast enhancement depends on the patients anatomical and other properties. The hospitalization after breast enlargement surgery takes 1  day, early recovery process 7-14 days. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Breast lift is a surgery done under general anesthesia, for sagging breasts to lift and reshape. Breast uplift takes 1-3 hours. Hospitalization takes 1 day, return to work is possible in 3-7 days, exercising is recommended approximately in 6 weeks after the procedure. Swelling and bruises might appear, a soft elastic bra is worn after the cosmetic breast surgery. Silicone breast implants may be added to lifting in suitable patients to have fuller lifted breast. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Breast reduction surgery is done to decrease the size of excessive breast tissue. Breast lift is also a part of this aesthetic surgery generally. The surgery is performed under general anesthesia and takes 2-3 hours. It is necessary to wear surgical bra for 3 weeks, hospitalization takes 1 day. The patient can return to work after a week and sport activities can be started after about a month. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Gynecomastia is the enlargement of mammary gland or fat depositions in male breast. Before male breast reduction surgery, it is necessary to be examined by an endocrinologist. The gynecomasty operation can be performed under local and sedation, but generally under general anesthesia. Hospitalization takes 1 day, it is necessary to wear chest bandage for 3-4 weeks, sport activities are suitable after about a month. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Arm lift  is used to solve the sagging upper arm problems, due to aging and weight loss. Arm lift is performed under regional or general anesthesia and it takes 1-2 hours. 1 day hospitalization is enough and resting for 5-7 days and total recovery process takes 2-4 weeks. 7-10 days stay is enough for armlift surgery.

Tummy tuck, abdominoplasty solves the sagging skin and excessive fat, and gives a tight flat abdomen and stomach. Tummy tuck is performed under epidural or general anesthesia and it takes 2-3 hours. 1 day hospitalization is enough and resting in bed for 5-7 days and total recovery process takes 2-4 weeks. Compressive garment is used for 3 weeks after aesthetic tummytuck operation. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure, to correct the contour of the body by removing the fat deposited in a certain body part with the help of cannula using vacuum. Most often used technique is tumescent liposuction. The anesthetic is a part of the solution that is applied under the skin of the liposuction area. It takes 2-3 hours, it is possible to return to work even after 3 days. Compression garment is worn for 2-3 weeks after liposuction. 7-10 days stay is enough.  

Buttock lift and implants are used to achieve better hips and round nicely shaped buttocks. If your figure is not ideal of female beauty there are techniques of aesthetic enlargement and shaping of buttocks and hips that might help. Your own fat injections or implants are used to correct the flat buttocks. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Calf implants are used to give fullness to the calves. The calf implants are likely to the breast implants. Sagging thighs can also be corrected by thigh lift surgery. This operation may be done under general or epidural anesthesia. Healing takes 1-2 weeks. 7-10 days stay is enough.

Combined aesthetic operations may be done to get rid of more problems with the body in one session. But here the length of the operation and the healing properties of the operations should be evaluated by the surgeon in order not to take any risk. Depending on the area, where it is necessary to tighten the skin we divide body lifting in upper – arms and breasts, middle – abdomen and lower – hips, buttock and thighs. It is naturally possible to perform total body lifting in all mentioned areas during one cosmetic surgery. 7-14 days stay is enough.

Wrinkles may be reduced with a non-surgical treatment, non-scarring manipulation by application of Botox^®/Dysport^® (Botulinum toxin type A). It is a cosmetic form of product of bacterium Clostridium botulinum. It can be used for treatment of wrinkles on the forehead, root of the nose, outer corners of eyes and by reduction of wrinkles on the neck. The treatment takes 5-10 minutes, it is an outpatient procedure without anesthesia. The final effect stays for 3-6 months, application can be repeated after some time. 

Injectable fillers are materials that are applied under the skin with the aim to smooth and lift aging skin. There are hyaluronic acid, hydroxylapatite, acrylates and others. Anesthesia is no necessary, but may be local only in form of anesthesia cream. The duration of the treatment depends on the type of filler and size of treated area. Return to normal activities is possible right after the treatment. 

Scars of injury or any operations may be reduced may some aesthetic operations. The size and look of the scar depends on the severity of the incident that caused, and the cure changes according to it. Scar revision may be done under local or general anesthesia. 3-10 days stay is enough. 

Moles or other skin protrusions are present on almost everyone's skin. Some of these may need to be removed for medical reasons and others because of cosmetic reasons. Its done under local anesthesia.  Return to normal activities is possible right after the treatment.
